Hi Breakers! I’m Coach Jamie. My family and I have lived in Apex for almost four years. This will be my third summer coaching with Apex Breakers and my second as Head Coach.
I grew up in Raleigh swimming on summer teams and continued coaching throughout college. Summer swim has always been something I’ve loved, and it was important to me that my kids have that same experience. As soon as we moved back to NC, I signed up my two oldest-and now all four of my kids are part of the Breakers family!
I’m looking forward to a great season where we work hard, support each other, and have a lot of fun along the way.
Hey Breakers, I'm Annabelle! I'm a senior at Apex Friendship and I am committed to swim D1 in the Big 12 next year. This will be my 14th year with the Breakers and my 5th year coaching. I have taught swim lessons for the last five summers and I am excited to do it again! Ever since I've been at the Breakers, I have loved this team and its sense of community. We are the team that cheers on other teams even when we are epically losing (or winning). We are the team that supports everyone, no matter their speed. We are a family. We are the Breakers! Hey Breakers! My name is Ryan, I’m a senior at Enloe High and I’ll be attending Virginia Tech studying computer engineering in the fall. In my free time, I build robots, swim, and travel. This is my 15th year swimming with the Breakers and I can’t wait to get started coaching another great season!
Hi my name is Juliette Kim! This is my fifth year on Breakers and my third year as a coach. I am a rising senior at Apex Friendship High school. Aside from Breakers, I also do competitive swimming for my high school and the year-round team RSA. Outside of swimming, some of my hobbies are piano, reading, and hiking or biking with my friends! My future plans include attending an in-state university, my goal being UNC Chapel Hill, and pursuing some pathway in Science or Mathematics. I am looking forward to a successful and fun season! Hi breakers! My name is Alex, I'm a rising freshman at NC State University and a senior at Raleigh Charter High School. I will be studying electrical engineering in the fall. I swam year round for 10 years at wave and tac, reaching USA futures championships. I am returning back to the Breakers after a 2 year break. In my free time, I like to play piano, swim, travel, and learn circuits. I am looking forward to a great season!
Hi Breakers! I'm Calista, and I'm a rising senior at Thales Academy. This will be my fourteenth season with the Breakers and my fourth year coaching. For the past two years, I've also been swimming with Wave's varsity group, and I'm so excited to apply everything I've learned to how I coach. I'm looking forward to another incredible season! My name is Brady Williams. I have been swimming with the Apex Breakers since I was 7. I am a rising freshman at Apex High School. I swam with RSA for one season and I ran track at Apex Middle School. Hey Breakers! I’m Scott. I’m a rising 10th grader, and I’ve been an Apex Breaker for the past 6 years. I started swimming when I was 7 years old and currently swim year-round at Wave. During my time swimming, I've achieved multiple age group & senior championship cuts and scored in the top 12 in the state for multiple events. I hope to swim for a D1 college one day! I’m excited to step into the role of Junior coach this season. I love the sport of swimming and I’m eager to share my passion and knowledge with all of you. I have been actually swimming on the Breakers for 10 years now, or since I was 4 years old. I have also been a part of New Wave swim team for 5 years. Hey, my name is Jacob Livshin and I’m super excited to start coaching this year! I’ve been swimming with the Breakers for 7 years and year-round with TAC for 9 years. Swimming has been a huge part of my life, and I’m really looking forward to sharing my experience, helping swimmers improve their skills, and making the season both fun and competitive for everyone. Hello Breakers! My name is Lyla Bauder and I am a rising 9th grader at Holly Springs High School. I have been a Breaker for 5 years and have been swimming with RSA for 4 years. I am Ellie Weant and I am a rising ninth grader at Green Hope High School. I started swimming on the Breakers as a Little Rippler when I was 4 and I swim year round on Wave. I am a Girl Scout, I enjoy volunteering, and I like working with kids. I am the oldest of six kids and we are all Breakers.
